ASPIRE AND REACH is a Regional campaigning and advocacy organization with determined people taking action to narrow the gap in Health and Education achievements between less affluent households and those better off financially. We are proactively promoting the practice of Karate as a vehicle to improve both physical and mental Health particularly in the West Midlands… despite the facts that show a slow reduction of NEET’s since 2011 there still a huge gap that need to be narrowed further and be virtually eliminated in the foreseeable future, but only if we act with urgency now.
We raise public awareness and work with members of the public at a local level, to combat unemployment and anti-social behaviour using a Mentoring programmethat can make a difference in people’s lives, particularly a great impact in social cohesion. It will ultimately help to build a civil society and contribute towards the economic development of the nation.
Aspire and Reach Board of Trustees is a distinguished group of leaders whose strategic decision making and guidance steer the organisation. Aspire and Reach s a non-ideological organisation where the core aim is to give opportunities to those that need. The commitment of the board members is not only evident in the time they contribute as volunteers, but by the fact that the board members generously underwrite some administrative costs.
