Volunteer Roles Available
We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are committed, reliable, and
passionate about supporting young people.
Youth Programme Support Volunteer
Assist coaches and mentors during structured sessions, helping maintain a safe and positive environment.
Mentor Support Volunteer
Support young people through guided conversations, encouragement, and structured development activities.
Events & Community Volunteer
Help organise and support community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
Safeguarding Support Assistant
Assist with attendance monitoring, safe sign-in/out processes, and maintaining safeguarding procedures.
(Full training and guidance provided.)

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, volunteers must:
Be committed to upholding safeguarding standards
Complete an Enhanced DBS check (where required)
Participate in safeguarding training
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and respect
Share our commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces
Safeguarding is not optional, it is central to everything we do.

Individuals passionate about youth development
Those with mentoring, coaching, education, or community experience (desirable but not required)
Positive role models who lead by example
